  日米法学会, Jun. 2018, Japanese, 武蔵野大学, 我が国で近年課題になっている所有者不明土地問題の解決に向けた示唆を得るため、アメリカにおいて事実上管理されない放棄された財産についてどのような処遇がなされているか、不動産に関するいくつかの法域の制度を紹介し、一部動産および無体財産に関するモデル法であるRUUPAとその前身およびそれらに関する判例をいくつか紹介した。放置される財産には市場価値のある積極財産と維持費用等のみかかる消極財産があるところ、我が国では両者とも政府が積極的に対処しようとしない現状がある中（例外が空き家対策の実務と休眠預金等活用法であろう）、両者とも政府が積極的に対処し、特に前者についてはかなりの収入源にもなっているというアメリカの姿を示すことで、政府の責任を強調するとともに金策も与えるべきであるという提案をした。, Domestic conference
