    The purpose of this paper is to examine measures to support the development of children from families facing challenges, and the implications found in these measures, as well as to find the factors that serve as a foundation when putting them into practice, through interviews with day-care centers that have been engaged in supporting those families. The interviews revealed the following measures for active support of children's development: ensuring that those children attend centers; enhancing one-on-one involvement even in group activities; incorporating experiences that are often lacking in those families into many programs; and avoiding unnecessary stigma caused by “special treatment”. The results also indicated some implications such as guaranteeing children the right to live a full life; encouraging children's development based on attachment; encouraging self-fulfillment on a daily basis; and developing future life skills through programs, all of which suggests a need for policy and organizational infrastructure that makes child and family support a role of day-care centers. Based on the results of our interviews, the potential social welfare functions in childcare were discussed and examined.

    The purpose of this study is to identify organizational factors that support information sharing on child and family support in daycare centers. The group interviews were conducted with staff members at the centers that actively provided support for families in difficulty. The data were analyzed with qualitative data analysis. From the analysis, we derived 6 superordinate categories and 18 subcategories (superordinate categories are placed in quotation marks: “ ”). It was found that “active commitment of the director” contributed to “development of a system for communicating information” and “development of a system for communicating information” interacted with “penetration of the centers’ policy on child and family support” and “development of a positive organizational climate.” These organizational factors eventually led to “center-wide efforts to establish the system” and finally supported information sharing on child and family support. It was also suggested that “the competence of nursery staff” is not a supportive factor for information sharing, but that information sharing is fostered instead through “center-wide efforts to establish the system” and “active commitment of the director.”

    積極的に生活困難家庭への支援を行う園を対象に，子ども家庭支援に関する情報がどのように実践からすくいあげられ，組織的な支援や他機関連携につなげられていくのかについて明らかにし，それら情報共有を支える要因について検討した。分析対象となった園では，会議やミーティングを情報共有の基盤とし，環境や体制の整備から保育者のみならず管理職側からも日々子どもや家庭にアプローチできるようにしていた。異変が察知された際には事務室に情報が集約され，それぞれの立場から関連する情報の収集が行われていることがわかった。得られた情報に基づき具体的な対応策が対話を通して関係者間で協議され，必要な支援につなげていくというプロセスを有していた。情報共有を支える要因として，情報を他者に伝えるための職員のスキルの高さ，子ども家庭支援に関する園の理念の浸透，対話の重視，情報収集と情報集約に関する管理職のマネジメントが考察された。

    本研究の目的は，保育者が何を根拠に生活困難を抱える子どもや家庭を判断するのかを明らかにすることである。保育者120 名に子どもの様子，保護者の様子，その他の3 つの視点から自由記述による回答を求めた。回答項目を1 つの意味のまとまりごとに分け，意味内容の類似性に基づき分類した。結果，子どもの様子は「不衛生である」などの11項目に，保護者の様子は「身だしなみの変化」などの14 項目にまとめられた。児童虐待研究と比較すると，子どもの様子はほぼ共通し，違いは性的虐待の子どもの様子を示すものが抽出されなかった点である。保護者の様子もほぼ共通していたが，身だしなみの変化が児童虐待研究では言及されていなかった。今後の課題は，児童虐待チェックリストと比較しその相違を明確にする点，量的データの収集・分析から実証的に検討する点，抽出された項目をもとにチェックリストを作成し，その有効性を検証する点である。

      The purpose of this study was to consider what factors lead to the desire to marry. I conducted an anonymous questionnaire survey on the internet over the whole area of Fukui and Osaka Prefectures in 2014. Then, I conducted hierarchical multiple regression analysis with the desire to marry as a dependent variable, based on personal attributes, the experience of contact with children, cognition of families' or friends' married life and childrearing, and the number of relationships with members of the opposite sex as independent variables. As a result, I found that the desire to marry seemed to be affected not only by personal attributes, but also various experiences in the course of people's lives. It became clear that there was a strong connection between cognition of friends' married lives, the number of friends and relationships with members of the opposite sex, and the traditional view of marriage.

    本研究の目的は，保育所を利用する保護者がいかなる条件であれば保育士に自らの悩み相談するのか，相談前から相談後までの過程，子育て困難に対する相談のしやすさと生活困難に対するそれは同質か，の3 点を明らかにすることである。保護者にインタビューを実施し，その逐語録をKJ 法を参考に分析した結果，1）【日常的な保護者へのアプローチ】，2）【信頼される保育所運営】，3）【地域の交流】の基盤条件，4）【保育士としての行動特性】，5）【敷居の低い相談対応】，6）【相談場所であることの周知】の誘因条件，7）【対人援助技術の活用】，8）【相談内容に応じた具体的対応】の実践条件が浮き彫りとなった。これらの関連性は，基盤条件により保護者は保育士や保育所への信頼や安心感を深め，誘因条件によって話すことが触発され，実践条件で保護者の抱える課題が軽減される。結果，保護者は対応に満足し，さらに保育士・保育所への信頼が高まり，再び相談しようと考えたり，子育て以外の相談をしたりするようになる。今後の課題は，対象を広げて各項目の関連性などを含めて，量的データの収集・分析から実証的に検討することである。

    本研究の目的は，保育ソーシャルワーク（以下、保育SW）に関する研究のレビューを通して，保育所における保護者支 援の課題を明確にすることである。保育SW に関する35 本の文献を，保育SW の機能，保育所内での組織的対応の有無，保育SW の対応課題に生活課題までを含むか，保育SW の基礎となる援助理論，の4 つの枠組みで分析した。その結果，保育SW の主な機能は相談援助機能と連携機能である点，組織的対応の重要性が指摘されていたが具体性には乏しい点，子育て以外の生活課題への言及はあったが具体的内容は不明であった点，基礎となる援助理論としてジェネラリスト・アプローチとエコロジカル・アプローチの重要性が指摘された点が明らかになった。今後の保護者支援の課題として，面接技術及びアセスメント技術の習得，連携の具体的方法の明確化，保育所内の組織的対応の具体化，継続的な現任者への研修体制の確立が挙げられた。

    This study tried to clarify the following points regarding empowerment of mothers: how mothers change through their use of Local Projects of Community Parenting Support Centers, how such changes related to mothers' characteristics/parenting support workers' views on parenting support/mothers' consciousness on ethical norms, and how parenting support workers' views on parenting support and their views on mothers' consciousness on ethical norms. To investigate these points, the author conducted a survey with mothers and support workers in Community Parenting Support Centers in Japan. As a result, using Local Projects of Community Parenting Support Centers decreases burden of parenting on mothers, promotes mothers' acquisition and application of information on parenting, and encourages networking among mothers. This study found out that the changes of mothers tend to be affected more by mothers' consciousness on ethical norms than by support workers' views on parenting support, and support workers' views on mothers' consciousness on ethical norms tend to affect their own views on parenting support.

    This study examined what kind of play spaces mothers have given children, how those play spaces were related to their child-rearing anxiety, what kind of differences existed between a mother with many play spaces and a mother with few play spaces in terms of their anxiety, their networks for child-rearing, and their experience of "family of orientation". The result indicated that mothers with many play spaces tended to have less anxiety, more networks for child-rearing and richer experiences in their "family of orientation" than mothers with few play spaces. It was considered that the intergenerational transmission of child-rearing is reflected. It also suggested that the number of children's play spaces reflected transmission of knowledge of child-rearing influenced.

    本研究課題の目的は、保育において「子どもの最善の利益」を保障するために、国内外の倫理的ジレンマの収集・分析を行い、保育における倫理的意思決定モデルを構築することである。2021年度は、国外調査の実施を見送り、以下の2点に取り組んだ。 １．アメリカにおける保育者の倫理的ジレンマの分析 国内の倫理的ジレンマ調査の実施に向けて、アメリカにおける倫理的ジレンマ事例の分析を行った。全米乳幼児教育協会（以下、NAEYC）の発行する専門誌“Young Children（以下、YC）”に掲載される倫理的ジレンマ事例の分析を行った。全18件の該当事例について、①対立する倫理的責任、②倫理的ジレンマの内容の２つの視点から分析を行った。その結果、アメリカの保育者の直面している倫理的ジレンマは、子どもと家族に対する倫理的責任の対立によって生じるものが大半を占めており、わが国における子育て支援の葛藤（亀﨑2021）と同様の傾向があることがうかがえた。本研究成果は2022年5月に日本保育学会において発表予定である。 ２．NAEYC倫理綱領ガイドブックの翻訳 倫理的ジレンマ事例集の作成に向けて、倫理的ジレンマの先進国であるアメリカのNAEYC倫理綱領およびそのガイドブックである“ Ethics and the Early Childhood Educator”の翻訳に取り組んだ。その成果として、アメリカにおいて保育者の専門職倫理が必要とされた経緯や、NAEYC倫理綱領の内容、NAEYC倫理綱領の活用方法を詳細に理解することができた。 以上の研究成果によって、わが国の保育者が直面している倫理的ジレンマに関する仮説を得ることができた。これらの研究成果をもとに、次年度は国内の保育者を対象とした倫理的ジレンマに関するインタビュー調査を実施予定である。

    イングランドにおいて、20世紀初頭から話すことの教育は注目されていたものの、それは標準語の話者を増やすためであった。転換の契機をもたらしたのはウィルキンソンである。彼は、著書Spoken English（1965）において、英国では話し言葉の教育は恥ずべきほどに無視されていると主張した。話し聞くことは人間性の根源であり、すべての教科における学習の条件をなすものと位置づけ、読み書きを通じて養われるリテラシーと同等に重要なものとして、話し聞くことを通じて養われるものをオーラシーと名付けた。その後、英国のオーラシー研究は幾度かの画期を経て、現代では、貧困克服、子どもの権利（とりわけ参加の権利、意見表明権・聴いてもらう権利）保障、話し合うことによる新しい価値創造の観点等から研究が進められている（Littleton, K. & Mercer, N. 2013他）。 近年、英国では、オーラシーを個人の能力（一定の語彙をベースにした推論・物語る力など）ととらえてその欠如に焦点をあてる「オーラシーの赤字モデル」には限界があることが指摘されている（Howe 2019a）。むしろ、その子どもにとって最も重要な話に真摯に耳を傾け、味わい、子どもにそれを伝える中で、子どもの豊かな言語資源にたどり着くことができるし、その方がはるかに人道的であり、教育の見通しを持ちうるというのである。 本研究では、こうした知見が日本の学習指導要領における資質・能力論およびその育成のための理論に重要な示唆を与えると考え、イングランドの初等教育におけるオーラシーの育成について、目標と評価、指導の実際、アートの専門家の役割等に焦点をあて分析を進めた。渡英調査はかなわなかったが、各自文献調査を進めた。

    From the analyses of the large survey, we identified the processes of the supports for the parents with life problems. Especially, the factor, ‘collection and share of information’, was extracted, which demonstrates the nature of a day-care center where the staff support parents organizationally. Then it was clarified the importance of the staffs' responsiveness to the problems and the leadership of directors in regard to supports for parents. These are the problems to support the parents with life problems: the lack of caregivers, the poor recognition that centers can be used for consulting, and the difficulty to find out parents who need any supports. The training programs have been created for caregivers to support parents in order to handle these problems.

    This study was aimed to examine the relationship between early supports for life tasks and the management of organizations in the day care centers. Through the analysis of the preliminary research, we extracted the viewpoints for early detection of the families who faced life tasks and the various roles of supports for parents in the centers. Then we carried out the mail-back survey of the private day care centers in Osaka. The main questions of the survey were about the viewpoints for early detection, the roles of supports for parents, the leadership of the directors, organization culture, teachers’ ways of thinking about supports, evaluation, and so on. As a result, in the day care centers, the directors and the nursery teachers and other employees seemed to divide the roles according to the levels of the positions inside the organization to support the parents.

  • the Influence of Consciousness of Causing Annoyance in regard to their Childrearing to Child-Rearing Anxiety and Desires to HaveChildren

    In this study, it is defined as “Consciousness of causing annoyance in regard to their childrearing” that people feel an annoyance about someone’s parenting in the society and parents feel guilty for others about their own childrearing. The purposes of this study were to grasp whether parents who are childrearing have the consciousness of causing annoyances in regard to their childrearing, if so, when they did it, and what factors were related to the consciousness. Additionally, we also considered the relations between the consciousness and their child-rearing anxiety or desires to have more children. Nearly half of the subjects have had the experience of causing an annoyance to their partner, their own parents, and the people in their companies or in public. The consciousness of causing annoyance in regardto childrearing seemedto be related to their child-rearing anxiety and desires to have children. The personal factors that seem to influence the consciousness of causing annoyances seemed to be mother normative consciousness and by the public.

    The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of realizing childcare-friendly and gender equal workplaces in Japan, by conducting work-life balance surveys for employees. This study focuses especially on gender issues, career building, and family responsibilities. Reconsidering working styles has been one of the best remedies for work-life balance. However, reconsidering our individual or family lives is also important. Family resource management is more than cooking, doing dishes, and doing laundry. It keeps our family life and paid work decent.
