• 脳室内ドレナージを留置した脳室内出血患者に対する早期リハビリテーションの経験

  A intraventricular hemorrhage patient of a 75-year-old woman was hospitalized with left hemiplegia. She impaired level of consciousness in onset, it showed III -200 in JCS, both constricted pupil, and decelerate state. In rehabilitation clinical pathway proposal for Japanese that a study group of Ministry of Health and Welfare developed, it is adapted a course for six months at that time a consciousness level in the onset of three columns in JCS. According to it, start of a toilet activities exercise is introduced 60 days after the onset. This time, however, we started rehabilitation from early stage with external ventricular drain placed. Because we possible preservation of disuse syndrome. As a result, we were able to start a toilet activities exercise 30 days after the onset.
