- 本論文の目的は, 民間非営利組織(NPO) が他の諸組織と結ぶネットワークの構造と協働の実態を実証的に明らかにすることである。われわれは兵庫県のNPO法人を対象とした調査データを基に, NPO と他組織との協働関係の「広がり」と「強さ」という2 つの指標を作成し, 両者の関係, および組織の諸特性と協働との関係を分析した。それらの分析から, NPO と行政あるいは他のNPO との結びつきは協働の広がりと比較的強い相関を持っていること, さらに, NPO のいくつかの組織特性や代表者の属性が他組織との関係形成と協働を促す要因となっている可能性が示された。神戸大学経済経営学会, May 2019, 国民経済雑誌, 219(5) (5), 21 - 34, JapaneseScientific journal

- The cooperative sector has acquired increasing attention from such points of view as the reconstructing of the concept of economic systems, especially the discussion on "social economy" based on "the principle of cooperation". The purpose of this paper is a consideration of the viability of cooperatives in market economies using the analysis on cooperatives' behavior in human capital investment. This study is one of the attempts to relate the economic analysis on cooperatives with the pluralistic theories of economic systems or with the principle of cooperation. The problems associated with investment in human capital are pointed out as what is difficult to be solved in the conventional forms of firm organization. We find out the effectiveness of cooperative forms of organization and of the principle of cooperation on these problems, and give some conditions for the effectiveness. - Cooperatives with Heterogeneous Training MethodsThe purpose of this paper is a consideration of the implication of cooperatives for investment in human capital. The model consists of an industry in which cooperatives are heterogeneous in the efficiency of the training method. We extend the model developed by Moene and Wallerstein (1993) with regard to investment in human capital. The analysis in this paper shows how the efficiency on training affects the behavior in training, production, price and the size of an industry with cooperatives, in comparison to those in an industry with profit-maximizing firms. In equilibrium, workers in cooperatives would be trained to a higher level of skills than workers in profit-maximizing firms. It is shown that a variant of the well-known perverse effects of cooperatives arises in the heterogeneous training model, without fixed costs and exogenous environmental differences between the two forms of organizations.Kobe University, 2000, Kobe University Economic Review, 45, pp.59-66, 59 - 66, EnglishScientific journal

- 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(C), 慶應義塾大学, 01 Apr. 2019 - 31 Mar. 2024ポスト震災期コミュニティにおけるNPOネットワークの構造変動と地域間比較分析民間非営利組織（NPO・NGO）は、阪神・淡路大震災（1995年）から東日本大震災（2011年）に至る四半世紀においてもっとも変容した中間集団であったといえる。本研究では、このNPOの組織・ネットワーク特性および変容過程を跡づけるとともに、その（政策や地域特性が異なる）地域間の比較を行うことを企図している。 本年度(2021年度)は、Covid19の影響により順延となっていた調査を進捗させた。本調査は、鳥取県、島根県で認証されている全NPO法人を対象とし、2021年11月から12月にかけて質問紙調査により実施した（有効回答223ケース、有効回収率38.3%）。実施にあたっては、過去に実施した兵庫県、神奈川県での調査スキームを用いて、地域の中間支援組織との協働で行い、また調査項目も比較可能な設計とした。 2021年度は、調査票の設計、調査実施体制の構築、実査・回収、データ入力などを行った（022年度には、このデータを用いた分析を行う予定である）。あわせて、2019年度までに科研費調査として行った兵庫および神奈川のNPO法人（各所轄庁認証の全数を対象）のデータ分析、二次分析を継続し、その成果を論文として発表した。 理論枠組みについては、経済学的視点から協同組合や非営利な団体の経済的・社会倫理的特性について、マーシャルやトインビー等の著作にさかのぼって、理論的・学説史的な研究を進展させた。また、社会学的視点からは、ヒューマンサービスにおけるコミュニティの役割にNPOの組織的特性を位置付け、これらの関係について包括的な検討を行った。これらの成果は、論文及び書籍においてその一部分を提示している。 なお、研究組織全体の研究活動は、遠隔地かつCovid19の影響もあり分散的に行わざるを得なくなったが、オンラインでの研究会や作業を進めたこともあり、順調に進めることができた。
- 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 基盤研究(B), 神戸大学, 01 Apr. 2019 - 31 Mar. 2024複合診療データを用いた職場環境改善のための実証研究1. 職場環境とメンタルヘルス」に関する中堅企業へのアンケート調査 （1）2017年度から2020年までに実施した、2回にわたる「事業者アンケート」と「従業者アンケート」をパネルデータとして統合し、これを用いた計量分析を進めた結果、「職場のハラスメントがメンタルヘルスおよび組織に与える影響」を検証することに成功した。（2）中堅企業へのアンケート調査を企画・提案していたが、コロナ禍により対象企業からの辞退があったが、2020年10月から新たな協力企業を探し、2021年3月に新たな協力企業での全社員を対象とする調査を実施した。従業員の約80％の回答を得て、探索的分析を完了し、従業者の個人属性とメンタルヘルスとの関連性について分析作業を続けている。（3）2021年8月から新たにストレスチェックと一体化させた調査票を設計し、参加企業を募集している。2022年1月の段階で協力企業1社が参加し、2022年度にデータを受け取り分析を始める予定である。 ２．「健康経営」 経済産業省「健康経営度調査」に回答した事業所の個票データと日経NEEDSに収録された企業の財務データをマッチングさせ、「健康経営優良法人認定」取得が企業の雇用面に与える影響について分析した。研究成果は第37回生活経済学会全国大会や、同学会の中部部会・関西部会2020年度研究大会で報告を行った。 ３．「加点式健診事業」 姫路市夢前町前之庄校区において、2021年9月26日、「オンライよいとこ健診」ならび2022年3月20日に「対面式よいとこ健診」を実施した。夢前地域包括支援センター、姫路市中央保健センター安富分室の全面的な協力、前之庄校区長寿会の参加により、2021年度だけで延べ80名以上の受診があった。加えて、健診事業の企画、準備に携わった大学生へのアンケートとインタビュー調査を実施し、2022年度に大学教育としての成果を明らかにする。

It also studied the structural characteristics of NPOs and their network. Based on the related theories of sociology and economics, we conducted a secondary analysis of the surveys, a quantitative survey in 2016 and 2017 on incorporated NPOs in Hyogo and Kanagawa Prefecture, and an analysis of related materials. Through these studies, we examined changes in participation trends, structural changes in the organization, interactions between NPOs and other organizations, the process of network formation of intermediate groups, the impact of related policies, and the structure of inter-organizational relationships. These results were published as academic papers and books.

- 日本学術振興会, 科学研究費助成事業, 奨励研究(A), 神戸大学, 2000 - 2001企業組織における参加と経済システムの多様性2年間にわたって、経済システムの多様性をどのように把握するか、すなわち経済システム概念をいかに再構築するかについて研究を行った。本研究では、市場経済システム内部における企業組織の多様性という観点から、主に生産協同組合組織を取り上げた。協同組合を分析するにあたって、従来の二元的経済システム把握に代わり、第3の経済秩序としての「社会的経済」あるいはその構成原理としての「協同の原理」を明示的に取り入れた点は、本研究の独創的な点である。 協同組合組織の経済効率上の可能性として、人的資本投資にともなう諸問題を抑制する機能に注目し、そこから市場経済システムにおける協同の原理の役割を議論した。協同組合の経済的viability(存立可能性)とその構成原理としての協同の原理は、これまで別々に議論されてきた、あるいはその関連が十分に考察されてこなかったが、本研究での考察によって、その連関の一部を明らかにすることができた。ただし、ここで示されたいくつかの制度的諸施策が、組織の置かれた市場環境と技術的条件のもとで可能であるという条件は、協同組合という協同の原理にもとづく経済組織のviabilityを制約するものとして示されている。 同時に、二元的秩序把握から多元的秩序把握への展開における理論的困難性、経済効率性以外の価値をも重視する組織に関する企業理論的分析および実証分析の困難性など、本研究から明らかになった課題も大きい。
